Also known as: Aemilius Macer, Macer Floridus, Odo of Meung
Traditionally identified with Aemilius Macer, but in the Middle Ages and Renaissance, the name was associated with the Macer Floridus, a widely circulated herbal poem on the virtues of plants. It was a foundational text for early modern botany and pharmacology.
